Subject

These terms govern the use of Mon Commercial IA by client companies and their users.

Your account

Your access is personal. Keep your password secret and tell your company’s owner if in doubt: you can change your password in Settings › Account, which signs out your other devices.

Your use

You use MCI in compliance with the law, in particular the rules on business-to-business prospecting and data protection. Your company remains responsible for the emails it sends: MCI prepares, you review and you send.

AI suggestions (campaigns, emails, prospect assessments) may contain mistakes: check them before using them.

Availability

The service may be interrupted for maintenance or in case of an incident. Email providers apply their own sending limits.
